JB Heads to Indian Hills C.C.
Submitted By Jeremy Jayaweera on Tuesday, October 17, 2017

18U RHP Jordan Bahnuk has committed to Indian Hills C.C. in Iowa. He will head down to Ottumwa, IA next month to continue his education and baseball career.

Bahnuk has been with the Nationals since his 14u days playing with Nationals alumni David Mendham and current Nationals Brady St. Denis, Shane Elliott and Cheyne Fischer. Bahnuk started off as an infielder with the Nationals then about 2 years ago made the transition to pitcher. That moved paid off as he had opportunity with the Diamondbacks Scout team and earned honours such as CPBL All-star team and PG All- tournament teams. The list could go on and on. Coach Kletke made his pitch to Jordan after T12 and the rest is history. Jordan will be pursuing a welding degree at IHCC.

He will step foot on campus next month to begin classes and get in a routine as he has about 2-3 months to prepare for his first college season. We are very proud of Jordan and wish him and his family all the best.
