Ontario Nationals Baseball Club

ONTARIO NATIONALS OVERVIEW AND INFO
The Ontario Nationals are an elite baseball organization focusing on advanced player development through a year round professional training regiment, top level competition, a fall US college schedule and highly experienced coaches/instructors. The Ontario Nationals are members of the C.P.B.L. widely regarded as one of the best high school aged leagues in Canada. Now beginning their new development program (LTDP); the Nationals are starting to set high standards. We believe in developing through our own program; from 14u - 18u. The Nationals boast an Alumni list of over 100 players who have played college baseball in the US and a handful of MLB draft picks. The Nationals place an emphasis on academics, work ethic, sportsmanship and good citizenship.

The Nationals are also founding partners in the newly formed Canadian Premier Baseball League. We field individual teams from the 14u, 15u, 16u, 17u, and 18u levels. Our home park is at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St. Marys, Ontario. Our main indoor training facility is in Kitchener, Ontario at Playball Academy Canada; a brand new 23,000 square feet facility.

18u catcher Colton Fountain signed his NLI with Cleary University in Howell, MI last week. Cleary has a tremendous business program along with a great ball team that competes in the NAIA. Although he had a couple other very strong offer's, Cleary's strong academics is what ultimately led him to choose them. Colton has been with the Nationals for 4 years now and counting. He has been a strong backbone behind the plate for our pitchers the past couple seasons and we hope he can continue that leadership at Cleary. We are very proud of Colt, and congratulations to the entire family. We wish Colt the best of luck once he steps foot on campus this coming fall.
